Tiven Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers one-time purchases that unlock additional vocabulary content. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.
Vocabulary words, definitions, example sentences, and mnemonics are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Tiven Labs does not guarantee that all definitions are complete or error-free. The App is a study aid and should be used alongside official test preparation materials.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kova is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ETS (GRE), College Board (SAT), GMAC (GMAT), ETS (TOEFL), LSAC (LSAT), AAMC (MCAT), or ACT Inc. All exam names are trademarks of their respective organizations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiven Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to test scores or academic outcomes.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
