Tiven Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers a one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Recipe scaling calculations are provided as a convenience and should be verified by the user. Tiven Labs is not responsible for cooking outcomes based on scaled recipes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiven Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
